Tando Composites, a division of Derby Building Products and leader in composite exterior cladding, has announced the addition of three new Market Development Managers (MDMs). These strategic additions will serve to expand Tando Composites’ coverage and support continued growth for its flagship brands, Beach House Shake®, the authentic composite shingle, and TandoStone®, the #1 brand of composite stone.

Based in western Pennsylvania, John Beran joins Tando Composites with more than 15 years of sales experience in the building products industry. Most recently with Liberty Roofing & Exterior Supply, Beran brings extensive expertise in strategic account management, business development, and customer engagement. In his new role at Tando Composites, Beran will cover the Mid-Central region, including Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Joining Tando Composites from Standale Lumber, Jared Francke brings a strong background in outside sales, relationship management and territory growth within the building materials industry. His experience driving revenue and expanding market share will support installer and dealer engagement across Michigan.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Taylor Richardson brings a blend of sales, marketing, and client relationship experience from the building products sector. Previously with United Treating & Distribution, Richardson will play a key role in strengthening Tando Composites’ presence across Tennessee and the surrounding areas in order to drive growth for the brand’s composite products.
