Maximo Wood® products will be featured in premium hospitality areas during Miami’s global racing weekend, May 1–3, 2026. Installations include public spaces and exclusive club venues near the circuit.
At the race’s paddock reception area, Maximo Wood products were used to create a high-end structure that welcomes fans. Ideal for a premium event and Miami’s coastal climate, Maximo’s Thermo products deliver beauty and enhanced performance. Designed and constructed by Arca Build, the check-in area features Maximo cladding sourced through Lumber Plus, a trusted local dealer in Miami.
“At Arca Build, we strive for precision fabrication. We always deliver a premium product, especially on a project like the Miami race,” said Harvey Palacios, CEO, Arca Build. Pre-finished Maximo Wood matched our standard perfectly. Beautiful, natural, and delivered on time. That’s exactly the kind of material that matches the event’s and Arca Build’s standards.”
In a separate installation, the GridHouse hospitality lounge heavily features Maximo Thermo Ayous across the custom-built suite environment. This comprises approximately 6,000 linear feet of wall cladding, including both tongue-and-groove V-joint and fluted #5 profiles. Described as a private, curated space for VIPs, the exclusive GridHouse area offers a variety of luxurious amenities to elevate the hospitality experience.
“This is our second year working with Maximo Wood for our Miami race week suite, and there’s a reason we keep coming back,” said Fabricio Decarolli, founder, GridHouse. “When you’re hosting at this level, only the best will do, and Maximo consistently delivers. The quality, the finish, the ideas they bring to the table. Our guests notice every time.”
Reflecting the precision engineering behind world-class motorsports, Maximo’s scientifically-proven thermal modification process uses only heat and steam to dramatically reduce the wood’s sugar and moisture content, making it resistant to insects and exceptionally lightweight. Maximo’s patented process transforms conventional wood into a high-performance product with enhanced dimensional stability and durability.
The process lowers labor costs by allowing easier handling, machining and installation. It’s backed by a 20-year durability warranty for interior and exterior use.
