With the addition of the Husqvarna 580BTS, Husqy lays claim to the most powerful blower on the planet. Wouldn’t you know that just a few months after testing and reviewing the top of the line blowers, Husqvarna would rewrite the performance standard for commercial blowers. I would even think about changing the 580BTS tag to 580 BST, as in short for Beast. The 380 Model is no slouch, but the 580 blows it and every other blower on the market away. How about these numbers, 1024 CFM at 206 MPH. Let’s face it, Husqvarna will need FAA Certifications if it keeps increasing performance. I will have to devise new and clever ways of testing the units and I am just not that clever. So in the near future we will get our hands on one of these and I can update last years review with real World performance. Until then, maybe you can come up with a clever way of comparing these extreme machines.
