“Eric’s experience managing customer needs and logistics within the building products industry—including his direct experience with roofing products and the supply chain— makes him a valuable addition to our TRUFAST Roofing team,” says Matt Peterson, National Sales Manager, TRUFAST.
Flores brings strong logistics, route management, customer service, and operational skills to his role, having entered the industry as a delivery driver for UPS. He then transitioned to the roofing industry with ABC Supply as a warehouse associate, gaining hands on experience with inventory, material handling, and customer services.
Prior to joining TRUFAST, he was a dispatch service manager for ABC, overseeing delivery operations, leading driver and warehouse teams, generating routes, and collaborating with sales and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with customer needs and inventory availability. He also has experience with Beacon/QXO as an inside sales rep/management trainee.
