Battery Tender® to Showcase EV Chargers at IBS

LAS VEGAS — Battery Tender®, a leading name in advanced battery charging solutions, is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas from February 27 to February 29.

Battery Tender Home Garage EV Charger

Battery Tender will operate out of booth SU3317 during the International Builders’ Show and unveil its latest innovations in EV chargers for home usage to contribute to sustainability efforts across the United States. Visitors can also learn more about becoming an Authorized Reseller.

Changes to building standards by the International Code Council in January 2020 required all new construction homes to be “EV ready.” This change meant that all new constructions must be
EV-capable, have an EV-ready outlet, or have an EV-installed charger.

In October 2023, The U.S. Department of Energy made it a requirement for new construction homes with a garage, carport, or driveway to include a Level 2 EV charging station or electric pre-wiring to support a Level 2 EV charging station.

With decades of expertise in battery charging technology, Battery Tender remains committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions as EV continues to evolve. The International Builders’ Show provides an ideal platform for residential construction professionals to explore the latest offerings from Battery Tender and interact with company experts.

The International Builders’ Show by the National Association of Home Builders is the largest annual light construction show worldwide, with nearly 70,000 visitors. The show educates, connects, and improves the residential construction industry by showcasing new products, demonstrations, workshops, and more.
