ProBrick® Composite Brick from Tando Composites Wins Architectural Products’ 2025 Product Innovation Award (PIA)

Tando ProBrick

Tando Composites, the leader in composite cladding, announces its ProBrick® was recognized as a winner of the 2025 Product Innovation Awards (PIAs), published by Architectural Products. The PIAs celebrate outstanding innovation in architectural products, systems, and materials. Each entry is reviewed by an esteemed panel of practicing architects.

Tando Composites is known for game-changing composite cladding products like Beach House Shake®, the authentic composite shingle, and TandoStone®, the #1 brand of composite stone. They launched this new category of composite brick as part of the TandoStone category earlier this year. It quickly gained traction with residential siding installers, as well as being featured on multi-family and commercial buildings across the country.

Tando ProBrick

“We are excited to have ProBrick recognized by a leading design and architectural publication, affirming the demand for a composite brick that looks authentic and saves time, labor, and costs,” said Ralph Bruno, CEO, Derby Building Products, parent company of Tando Composites. “It is the piece of the puzzle that siding installers have been waiting for and represents a next-level cladding solution.”

At a fraction of the weight of traditional brick, ProBrick can be installed quickly and easily in any weather by siding installers using traditional tools. There is never a need for masons, mortar, or scaffolding. ProBrick also features Tando Composites’ state-of-the-art KAPGUARD® with Kynar® coating technology to ensure color longevity. TandoStone ProBrick is available in two colors: Madeira, a rich, classic red and Racinette, a deep, earthy brown.

Winners will be profiled in the November/December issue of Architectural ProductsTo learn more about Tando Composites, visit www.tandocomposites.com.
