Titan® has introduced a new HVLP sprayer for fine finishing – the Titan EP 60X. Designed for woodworking enthusiasts and professionals, it delivers a smooth, superior finish on projects like cabinets, trim, crown molding, interior or exterior doors, shutters, furniture and more.
The sprayer features the Precision Pro metal spray gun for ultra-fine finishes. It is a professional-grade gun with multiple settings that fine tune the sprayer for a variety of finishing projects. In addition to adjustments for air and material flow, a “Push N Click” three-spray pattern system allows quick pattern direction changes from horizontal to vertical and round. The gun comes standard with a 1.5 mm stainless steel tip and needle that’s ideal for spraying urethanes, water-based lacquers, stains, and thinned paints. Additional tips and needles for other materials are sold separately. Other features include a quick lock mechanism for a secure fit and faster refilling, and the ability to switch the pickup tube to allow for upward or downward spraying. For easy clean up, the sprayer has a one-quart non-stick internal coated paint cup.
The Titan EP 60X sprayer has a 2.5 PSI turbine that delivers powerful performance and smooth atomization of various coatings. A 25-foot Hyperflex air hose has a quick-connect system and allows ease of maneuverability around projects. It also includes a built-in spray gun holder for convenient storage, viscosity cup, cleaning brush and tip wrench.
