Under this new alliance, Vista branded products will be sold to specialty window retailers located between the Rocky Mountains and the Mississippi River. In the new arrangement, Simonton will handle the logistics and also share in the manufacturing of Vista branded products, while Vista Window Company will provide the product design and marketing programs.
