A: A sagging door isn’t just an eyesore. This can also lead to frost buildup in the freezer. The door can be adjusted by removing the hinge cap and loosening the hinge screws. Align the door with the top of the refrigerator and then re-tighten. If the unit has both an upper and lower door, adjust the lower door first using the middle hinge, and then adjust the top hinge afterward to realign the upper door.
